USC'S PREMIER MARKETING ORGANIZATION

American Marketing Association (AMA) at USC is a collegiate chapter of one of the largest marketing associations in the world. USC AMA provides networking and academic development for undergraduate students interested in the field of marketing through internship experiences, hands-on industry training, specialized workshops, professional speaker events, company tours, service and networking events, and consulting projects. Through these initiatives, we give students an insight into the growing technological world and connect professionals with eager students.

Consulting Team

The consulting team comes from diverse academic backgrounds, being united by their passion for marketing. Typically, the consulting team works on semester-long pro-bono projects with clients. Our client for this semester is GetSetUp, a peer-to-peer e-learning platform for senior citizens.

Case Competitions Team

The AMA Collegiate Case Competition is a year-long event that brings together some of the best of the best in USC to work on a business challenge submitted by a sponsoring organization.
Under the advisement and experience of Professor Therese Wilbur, the Case sponsor provides a detailed marketing problem and is looking to gain the perspective of AMA students.

Marketing Team

AMA's Marketing Team helps promote its brand around campus and virtually. While working in a highly collaborative setting, Marketing team members will have the opportunity to hone their social media marketing, graphic design, and web design/development skills as well as collaborating with other AMA chapters across the country.

General members participate in a weekly assembly of all AMA members where they partake in marketing development workshops and social activities!
